Court Schuett after completing the Spartan Sprint October 15th.

from Coach Valerie

Congrats to client Court Schuett for completing the Spartan Sprint on October 15th in Marseilles, IL. The race was a sell-out with 4,000 entrants.

The Spartan Sprint is an obstacle race which required runners to complete a four-mile course with 20 different obstacles. Obstacles included: throwing a spear, scaling a 10-foot wall, jumping over fire, crawling under barbed wire, climbing a rope placed in a mud pit, jumping over a set of low walls, carrying a mortar block, carrying a tire, carrying a five gallon bucket filled with gravel, using a pulley to raise one or two mortar blocks, traversing wooden planks, using a rope to traverse an incline, making it past three gladiators and sliding across a climbing wall.

Good job, Court!
